Gym Candy...1
The title of the book is Gym Candy. I chose this book because it looked like a good football story. It is also an Iowa's Teen Choice award for 2009-10. It is about a kid who loves football and his dad was a great running back at Washington.
Hmmm...it seems odd that a book about football would be called GYM candy. Shouldn't it be FIELD candy or ENDZONE candy or something more football-related? Are you sure it isn't about basketball or PE class or something? This makes me really question whether you have read any of it or not. (By the way...this is sarcasm, just in case you missed it.)
